Job Title: Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions, with a focus on content management systems (CMS) like Adobe and WordPress. You will work closely with clients to translate their requirements into functional, scalable digital solutions using development best practices and the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and define requirements for digital transformation projects, focusing on both front-end and back-end development.

Plan and implement integrations with third-party systems, and develop native code as needed.

Contribute to build vs. buy decisions and ensure solutions meet business, technical, and user needs.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle: coding, testing, documenting, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives while adhering to established guidelines and scalable standards.

Continuously improve technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in web development, mobile applications, or digital tools.

Experience with Adobe CMS, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and full-stack Java web development.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional programming experience.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in Java and web development, including JSP, Servlets, JDBC, web services, Angular, React, React Native, VueJS, JSON, and HTML.

In-depth knowledge of CMS platforms, especially the Adobe Stack.

Expertise in relational database design (e.g., Oracle, DB2) and writing SQL queries, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX.

Experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software architectures.

Preferred Skills:

Strong problem-solving, error handling, and performance optimization skills.

Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.

Experience with mobile app development is a plus.
