CACI is seeking a SIGINT Systems Administrator to join the CACI team at Beale AFB, CA.

You will be responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Additionally, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity. You will also provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and establish and maintain system security. You will also apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment, support new infrastructure projects, and maintain all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.

This is not a remote position. Selected candidate for hire must be willing to work onsite at Beale AFB, CA and have an active/current TS/SCI prior to hire.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages/supports LBS SW and processes.
  • Maintains LBS SW to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites, and systems.
  • Provides LBS technical and engineering SW support.
  • Provides system administration for CICS and the LBS SW components.
  • Performs system administration support to the Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination (PCPAD) processes.
  • Creates, updates, and responds to LBS Incident tickets.
  • Provides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT SW/systems (in addition, HW maintenance for Legacy) associated with ground components.
  • Supports SRM or MT in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT system/sensors and associated End-to-End network paths.
  • SIGINT SME that provides sustainment support during system upgrades Supports data encryption changes and implementation.
  • Supports post upgrade efforts IAW tech data, TTPs, and OIs. Provides OJT to AFP and identifies sustainment support improvements that reduce logistics footprint Performs Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO), Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNO), etc. as directed.
  • Supports SRM or MT for LBS system readiness, system/mission configuration relative to the sensor or communications link.
  • Supports LBS pre-mission tasks (system reboots, ground rings, etc.).
  • Provides real-time SIGINT assistance/support to the SRM or MT, maintainers, operators and users.
  • Collects LBS information for mission debrief.
  • Evaluates LBS anomalies such as maintenance actions and Incident tickets.
  • Submits LBS Incident tickets and performs SW (HW through collaborative support) maintenance actions as required.
  • Provides LBS information for mission debrief to SRM or MT.

Qualifications:
  • Security + CE certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field or 5 years of DCGS experience.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • 3 yrs of COMINT.
  • 3 yrs of AF DCGS experience.
  • 3 yrs of AF SIGINT.
  • Linux/UNIX Experience is desired.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
