Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of reporting solutions using SAP BusinessObjects (BOE) suite.
- Build and maintain BOE Universes and Web Intelligence reports, ensuring they meet business and performance requirements.
- Develop and implement custom BOE SDK integrations to embed reports within enterprise applications.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and cleansing for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support and optimize existing BOE solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.
- Participate in the creation of templates for standard reports and dashboards, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Work with system architects and database teams to support the underlying data models, warehouses, and data marts.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant for enterprise-wide consumption.
- Maintain documentation for BOE development, including design specifications and user guidance.
- Train and support power users in BOE report development and usage.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (REQUIRED)
- 9+ years of relevant experience, including:
- At least 3 years of hands-on BOE (SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise) development experience.
- Experience working with BOE Universes (UDT/IDT) and Web Intelligence reports.
- Prior experience with BOE SDK or similar integration tooling.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases for report development.
- Experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and client-facing roles.
