Commerce Tech Lead (100% Remote | Direct Hire | W2)

We re hiring an Commerce Tech Lead to help shape the future of a fast-growing sales organization with a rapidly expanding Commerce presence. This is a direct hire W2 position offering full remote flexibility along with competitive benefits and generous vacation time.

As the Commerce Tech Lead, you ll play a critical role in driving platform enhancements, leading development initiatives, and scaling our Commerce operations. You ll work across multiple platforms and systems in a collaborative, Agile environment.

What We re Looking For:

  • Magento Development Experience Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Magento-based Commerce platforms.

  • Strategic Thinker Able to architect solutions and make key decisions that align with long-term growth goals.

  • Full-Stack PHP Expertise Proficient in PHP, JavaScript (jQuery, Knockout.js), HTML, and CSS.

  • Database & Search Stack Experience Familiarity with clustered databases (Percona/MySQL), Redis, and Elasticsearch.

  • Adobe Commerce Experience is a big plus.

  • Team Leadership Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

  • Scalability Expertise Hands-on experience in scaling

  • Commerce platforms, driving performance and user experience improvements.

  • Agile Methodology Comfortable working within Agile teams and frameworks.

  • CI/CD Familiarity Experience implementing or guiding Continuous Integration/Deployment pipelines is preferred.

  • Excellent Communication Able to communicate clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
