A client of Innova Solutions is looking for an ATE Test Technician

Position type: Full time/Regular

Location: Santa Clara CA

As an ATE Test Technician, you will:

Minimum Qualifications:

ATE setup and Testing using the tester

Advantest 93k V93000 advantest Verigy 93K 93000

Experience with Smartest 8 preferred

Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages

Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems

Operating Thermostream for characterization

Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing

Calibration & maintenance of test equipment

Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.

Maintenance Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $70,000 - $80,000 per Year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
