RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Change Management Practitioner in Chicago, IL.
Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Change Management Practitioner to drive large-scale change initiatives at the enterprise level. This role requires a leader who can navigate complex environments, apply change management frameworks effectively, and ensure seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute enterprise-wide change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Leverage Agile methodologies to assess, plan, and implement organizational change
* Drive stakeholder engagement through active listening and data-driven insights
* Utilize tools like Venngage, Snackable, and Microsoft Planner to track and communicate change progress
* Apply expertise in ADKAR and Prosci methodologies to optimize change adoption
* Manage, mentor, and energize teams, fostering an adaptive and resilient culture
* Make real-time decisions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in change execution
REQUIREMENTS:
* Change Management Certification (Prosci or equivalent)
* Extensive experience leading change at the enterprise level in a Fortune 50 company
* Expertise in DT/CSI methodologies for digital transformation and continuous service improvement
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
* Strong ability to manage and navigate complex organizations
Top 3 Skills:
* Agile Decision-Maker: Ability to assess and pivot in real-time for optimal outcomes
* Active Listener: Willingness to dig deeper and understand the root of challenges
* High-Energy People Leader: Capable of leading teams through change with enthusiasm and clarity
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
