Position: Environmental / Compliance Project Manager
Location: Glastonbury, CT, Providence, RI, Quincy, MA, Woburn, MA or Albany, NY
Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, licensure and location

Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

  • Assist and manage due diligence (ASTM Phase I, Property Condition Assessment) projects.
  • Manage, organize and facilitate stormwater compliance projects for national-level industrial and local municipal clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and other compliance-related documents for our local and national clients.
  • Actively develop your own career growth with opportunities to assist with field and reporting tasks.
  • Work directly with staff and other management-level team members with field and reporting responsibilities.

What we're looking for:
  • BA/BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or other related field.
  • 8+ years of experience with environmental field sampling, data collection, due diligence, and compliance-related projects with industrial and municipal clients.
  • Familiarity with CTDEEP and/or MassDEP remediation regulatory programs is a plus.
  • The ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) preferred.
  • Light construction experience/hands-on skills a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
