Job Title: Chief Enterprise Architect with SME and Manage legacy and cloud systems

Location : Fremont, CA Hybrid

Qualification:

Minimum of 12 years of analysis and architecting experience in large scale programs Background of different domains to be able to converse with business people and management Should have demonstrated skills and actual examples of models built using enterprise level frameworks Should manage a team of architects and get into the details as needed for the implementation team Responsibilities Align the organizations IT strategy with its business goals. Innovation and Business growth: Work with an eye to innovate and evolve the product and identify new business cases. Team building - Own the capability of the team members and mentor to create a performing team; Grow the team Liaise with stakeholders, management, and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to develop and implement an organizations strategy, information, processes, and IT assets Strategizing: Manage legacy and cloud systems, replace obsolete software, and lead migrations to support business operations across each department. Futuristic : Plan future technology needs and identifying potential areas for improvement. Evaluate, Assess and Recommend future technology at enterprise level. Problem-solving: Ability to define which issues need to be addressed, and the variables that may affect their resolution. Plus, the ability to come up with solutions that effectively address business and IT issues through technical analysis, troubleshooting, research, evaluation, and communication. Consensus building: Discussing with stakeholders and getting agreement on the problem and solution. This requires both strong verbal and written communication skills to settle conflicts. Solution realization: Turning solution proposals into reality throughout the process of development, testing, and deployment. Solution management: Ability to manage the solution through its lifecycle from the initiation through the implementation and deployment working with Business and Technical teams Leadership: Strong leadership skills are needed to empower employees and IT teams to remain on task and meet deadlines. Knowledge: Fluency to develop and use solution architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices to drive business transformation. Have updated knowledge of CRM, BPM, Integration, Document Management , Data modelling and migration technologies and practices. Good technical skills in legacy and current digital trends, including but not limiting to PEGA, Azure Mulesoft, Angular, OpenText, Salesforce, AWS, Integration.
