Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related field, preferably within media/broadcast domains.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Hands-on experience with transcoding tools like FFmpeg, Vantage, Elemental, and AWS transcoding services.

  • Familiarity with media asset management (MAM) systems and streaming technologies (HLS, DASH).

  • Experience in deploying and managing cloud applications (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages for automation tasks.
