Job Description:

• We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Remote Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in the Banking and Financial sector.
• As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile processes, ensuring effective communication, and driving successful sprint planning.
• This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, managing onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions within the NACHA-Banking domain.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with project goals.
• Utilize Jira and other project management tools to track and manage sprint progress, user stories, and team velocity.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, promoting the principles of Agile methodologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with onshore and offshore teams.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the Banking, Financial, or NACHA domain.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking.
• Ability to lead and facilitate sprint planning sessions and retrospectives.
• Experience working in a remote environment and managing distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with business and financial processes within the banking industry.
• Knowledge of NACHA standards and regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
