Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to work a hybrid role(2x a week in office) for an IT consulting company in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities for the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst include:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
Perform data analysis and mapping within Salesforce.
Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes, pain points, and goals.
Ability to understand Salesforce functionality, including service cloud, community cloud, and Salesforce experience portals.
Salesforce configuration, customization and development.
Qualifications for the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst include:
4 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst .
Salesforce Administration certification.
Strong understanding of both Salesforce functionality and business processes.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
Compensation for the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst includes:
Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 based on experience
Hybrid role: 2 days in office 3 days remote
