You'll guide teammates and lead the development of algorithms and systems. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with data science or training in data science
- Experience developing and tuning AI / ML algorithms and implementing testing or validation approaches appropriate to available data and validation targets
- Experience using Python and appropriate libraries or extensions such as PyTorch, Cuda, or SciKit-Learn, to code and test AI / ML algorithms
- Experience communicating complex analytic methods or te chn ologies to te chn ical and non-te chn ical audiences
- Experience with natural language processing tools and te chn iques
- Knowledge of descriptive statistics, regression, and data labeling or classification models
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with data extraction, parsing, manipulation, and storage
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative analyses based on the large volume of data from various IC databases
- Experience leading te chn ical teams in a management or subject matter expert advisory capability
- Experience c ond ucting data extraction, parsing, manipulation, and analysis of large volumes of data from various IC databases
- Experience with data engineering te chn iques, espe cia lly for cloud-based data infrastructure and data lake environments
- Experience developing custom scripts, queries, or visualizations to support analysis of IC data
- Experience with cloud-based tools and services for ML algorithm development on multiple platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Micro sof t Azure ML, or Google BigQuery
