As a Salesforce Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions for our organization. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform. Your primary focus will be on customizing and configuring Salesforce applications, as well as integrating them with other third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement custom solutions using the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and custom Apex code.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and data models.
Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the implementation of new Salesforce releases and features.
Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates, trends, and best practices and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Software Engineer.
Strong knowledge and experience with the Salesforce platform, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
