Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Systems Engineers to support multiple programs and proposal activities in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the role of a Product Manager.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Mid-Level or Senior Systems Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Creates and manages a prioritized backlog of tasks for agile engineering teams
  • Researches, analyzes, and compiles complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle
  • Applies complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development
  • Derives and develops complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs
  • Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product
  • Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives
  • Develops and revises Statements of Work and Supplier Statements of Work
  • Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools
  • Participates in Scaled Agile Framework planning and execution
  • Oversees training, leads and mentors others

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 1+ year experience managing projects with Earned Value Management reporting requirements
  • 5+ years' experience with data analytics or computer technology

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 9+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master's degree
  • Active Security Clearance
  • EVM certified to be a Control Account Manager
  • 1+ year experience on one or more KC-46A aircraft programs
  • 1+ year experience with Open Plan Professional
  • 1+ year experience with Jira project management software
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • 5+ years' experience with Lean process improvement projects and principles
  • Experience performing root cause analysis to identify corrective actions
  • Experience developing or reviewing Statements of Work
  • Experience developing Basis of Estimates for contract proposals

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $90,950 - $123,050

Summary pay range Senior: $111,350 - $150,650
