Job Description:
We are hiring a Project Manager with a strong background in Data Warehousing and Healthcare Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-level data initiatives, coordinating with business and IT teams, and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Data Warehousing projects in healthcare insurance.
- Coordinate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Oversee data migration, transformation, and reporting initiatives.
- Implement data governance best practices in collaboration with compliance teams.
- Ensure project alignment with business objectives and data strategy.
- Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, and drive issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in healthcare insurance and data warehousing.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, ETL, and BI tools.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
