Requirements
- BS in CS or equivalent
- 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in HFT, fintech, or in the crypto space (also open to SaaS)
- Experience with at least one compiled language (Rust, C++, or C) AND one backend language (TypeScript, Python, Node, or similar)
- Strong system and software design skills, including the ability to reason about technical tradeoffs of different architectural approaches
- Understanding of networking protocols and frameworks including TCP, UDP, WebSockets, Protocol Buffers, and gRPC
Bonus Qualifications
- iOS or Android experience
- Experience with the Solana ecosystem or having written code that interfaces with such (indexers, RPC nodes, validator nodes, wallet connectors, wallets)
- Understanding of Solana architecture, including leaders, shreds, transaction structures (e.g. list of instructions within a transaction), and Jito bundles
