Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Migration Consultant to lead the transition from Concur and some other TMS and expense management tools to Workday, specifically focusing on expense management and related financial processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both Concur and Workday, ensuring a seamless data migration and system integration. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across finance, HR, and IT to align the migration process with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Migration Planning & Execution: Lead the migration of expense management processes from Concur to Workday, including detailed planning, execution, and post-migration support.
  2. Data Mapping & Transformation: Oversee the mapping of data from Concur to Workday, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records and expense reports.
  3. Integration Development: Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, and Concur APIs.
  4. Process Alignment: Ensure that the migrated processes in Workday align with existing business workflows, compliance standards, and user expectations.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the migration process.
  6. Testing & Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate data integrity, system functionality, and user acceptance.
  7. Change Management: Drive change management activities, including communication strategies, training sessions, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.

Skills

  1. Proven experience with SAP Concur, including system configuration, data extraction, and API integration.
  2. Successful track record of leading large-scale data migration projects from Concur to Workday.
  3. Strong knowledge of Workday s Financial Management and Expense Management modules.
  4. Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration tools.
  5. Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and data validation.
  6. Familiarity with Concur's API and data structures.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
