Job Description:
The State of Wisconsin is looking for a SharePoint Systems Administrator III
Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the IT Operations Manager in the Division of Administrative Services and Technology of the Department. This position serves as the primary subject matter expert on the administration, development, management, and support of the Agency s Microsoft SharePoint environment and tools. This position plans, develops, and implements highly complex SharePoint and SharePoint related tools and technologies for use by Agency business areas, and establishes technical policies, procedures, and guidelines for sound management, administration, and control of our SharePoint environment and related tools. This position also provides project oversight and coordinates concurrent SharePoint related efforts to meet business needs.
Required Skills and 8-10 Years of Experience:
- Performing SharePoint administration (including tasks such as configuring and managing SharePoint sites, user roles, permissions and/or general maintenance.)
- Administering websites with a SharePoint backend
- Supporting and developing workflows/forms using Power Automate, Power Apps, Nintex, or similar tools.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience establishing governance, technical policies, and best practices surrounding a SharePoint environment.
- Experience serving in a team lead or trainer capacity
