Job Details

Senior Software Developers for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, solutions, reports, interfaces, enhancements, interface objects, integrations, tables, data elements, domains, structures, mapping, and forms supporting business requirements. Analyze functional and technical specifications, translate into technical designs, conduct technical feasibility studies, provide effort estimates for tasks, create proxy configurations, identify system optimization and performance improvements, troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective measures for system stability, prepare technical specifications and unit test plans, confer with cross-functional teams, clarify specifications, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and quality guidelines. Analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use SAP, BAPI, IDoc, SOAP, REST, OData, ABAP Objects, ALV, BADI, FTP/SFTP, Web Services, SAP modules, SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, RFC, JDBC, JMS, Java, SQL. 40 hrs/wk Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have at least one (1) year of experience developing interface objects, integrations, mapping; reviewing requirements and technical specifications; creating proxy configurations; using SAP, IDoc, SOAP, REST, FTP/SFTP, RFC, JDBC, JMS. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
