Job Title: Scrum Master (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension & conversion
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Required Pay Scale: $68-$72/hour
Job/Project description:
The mid-level Scrum Master will support the Tax Domain of this client, ensuring compliance with city, state, and federal tax regulations. The primary responsibilities and role for the Scrum Master within Technology is to act as a servant leader and coach for the consultant team. They will educate the team in principles and practices to ensure the Agile process is followed. The Scrum Master will quickly ramp up, initially lead one team, and eventually manage two. They will lead team efforts in relentless improvements through retrospectives and problem-solving techniques. Lastly, the Scrum Master will foster a team culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship to constantly improve the quality of their deliverables.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of solid experience as a Scrum Master in large enterprise
- High level of technical understanding, communication, leadership, problem solving skills, and proficient history of proposing effective solutions
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Strong leadership skills to take initiative, mentor, and build teams
- Ability to manage multiple agile teams while promoting collaboration
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and other Scrum Masters
- Coach the team to higher maturity levels
- Organize planning activities and ensure adherence to Agile principles
- Track and communicate team progress and metrics
- Empower the team to self-organize and continuously improve through retrospectives
- Guide and motivate the team to boost productivity

- Duration: Contract 6+ Months with possible extension & conversion
