IT Project Manager Organizational Change Management

Description:

6+ months. Hybrid onsite days required, local in-state travel required.

Responsibilities:


  • Workday ERP system implementation
  • Collaborate with Change Management Lead to develop strategy
  • Build a Communications Plan across to prepare for ERP implementation
  • Support selection of Change Network
  • Help establish cooperative agreements to ensure support of design and development, implementation planning, data conversion, and training preparation
  • Maintain and enhance established Change Management efforts for overall implementation of ERP modules
  • Collaborate with implementation vendor and internal team to assess change readiness, leadership alignment, and organizational impact
  • Perform stakeholder analysis to attain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support
  • Ensure quality control of change management and agency readiness deliverables
  • Determine required training and resource materials
  • Define project workflows, manage resources, prioritize responsibilities and tasks to deliver quality and timely results
  • Serve as liaison to proactively articulate challenges, recommend solutions, and manage expectations
  • Develop and leverage tools to monitor and measure agency readiness
  • Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:


  • At least 5 years of related experience with Organizational Change Management
  • Experience with industry methods for project management, organizational change management, and process improvement
  • Outstanding collaboration, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ERP (Workday) adoption a huge plus
  • Change Management Certifications a plus
