What you get to do in this role:

  • Define product requirements with a strong focus on managing users within a learning management system, leveraging techniques such as user journey maps, sequence diagrams, and data models to improve the learner experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver scalable solutions for managing learners, instructors, and administrators across ServiceNow's learning platforms.
  • Lead the technical product management of the learning management system by working with analytics, user research, and product design teams to develop detailed functional specs that address user management and learning workflows.
  • Proactively work with internal teams and external customers to acquire a deep understanding of the learning needs, translating them into effective LMS features.
  • Simplify complex user and learning management problems into clear, actionable requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data flows, functional specifications, and technical documents for features related to user profile management, course enrollment, certifications, and content tracking.
  • Manage the delivery of key user and learning management functionalities throughout the product lifecycle, including Proof of Concept (PoC), internal/external Beta, Public Launch, and subsequent iterations.
  • Define and track LMS performance metric
