Marketing Manager III
Location: San Diego/Bay Area (Preferred)

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager III to join our Advertising team on a contract basis. If you are enthusiastic about driving impactful brand campaigns and have a knack for strategic thinking, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-million-dollar advertising campaigns for our brand across TV, audio, digital, and non-traditional channels.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all initiatives stay on track.
  • Lead project meetings with clear objectives, documented outcomes, and defined next steps.
  • Collaborate with agencies on script development and feedback, oversee film shoots, and manage the editing process.
  • Facilitate internal circulation of campaign elements, ensuring cross-functional collaboration (social, PR, media teams, etc.).
  • Maintain brand integrity by ensuring all creative assets meet brand and legal guidelines, including driving claims substantiation and network clearance for TV commercials.
  • Organize media specs, channel requirements, and best practices for cross-channel deliverables.
  • Oversee quality assurance of creative materials and coordinate seamless delivery of final assets to cross-channel teams.
  • Handle purchase order requests and assist with project estimates and invoice reconciliation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods or technology consumer goods preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing national television advertising campaigns.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic judgment, and creative instincts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High energy and motivation to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset, valuing diversity and team perspectives.
  • Experience with Inter-Agency Teams (IAT) is a plus.
