Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing projects that impact both consumer-facing products and internal systems/tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant business impact through high-priority projects requiring timely execution with exceptional attention to urgency and quality.
Responsibilities
Onsite 3 days per week, and 2 days remote.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
Experience: 3-8+ years' experience in industry as a Technical Program Manager, software developer, or technical lead.

Strong technical program management expertise with demonstrated performance in large-scale projects. Deep understanding of technical systems and services. Hands-on technical degree or equivalent experience in systems, software development, or adjacent fields.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing projects that impact both consumer-facing products and internal systems/tools. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex projects involving new product launches or internal systems.
- Bridge communication and collaboration between various teams across the organization.
- Drive on-time and quality completion of projects while coordinating with all relevant stakeholders and partners.
- Manage escalations, anticipate trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to drive deployment of new products.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with all parties involved in the workstreams to earn trust and deliver results

Requirements
Qualifications:

- Proven track record of delivering software products from conception through deployment at scale.
- Deep understanding of systems, technical services, and an ability to quickly learn and add value to engineering teams.
- Demonstrated success in working across diverse groups in large corporate settings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong product and program management capabilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in product-led growth.
- Background in marketing technology (e.g., cross-channel communication, email campaigns, paid media).
- Expertise managing high-complexity projects, especially within a corporate-scale environment.
- Clear articulation of achievements in projects rather than listing responsibilities.
