Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Writer to develop and maintain manuals, procedures, and guidelines ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. The role involves simplifying complex technical information for a non-technical audience, collaborating with teams, and producing clear, concise documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update manuals, standards, procedures, and process maps.
Utilize MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/iGrafx for documentation.
Ensure high-quality, user-focused, and well-structured content.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and refine technical information.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in English, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in technical writing, content management, or IT documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and documentation tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model and minimal travel requirements.
