Details:
- Long-term contract (2-3 years) with opportunity to convert: $40-50/hr W2 pay and $90-100k base salary upon conversion
- Hybrid onsite: 3 days a week in Irvine office (Tue-Thur onsite)
- Benefits include: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, 401k w/match (after 6 months), accrued sick time, standard paid holidays, etc.
- Responsible for managing and customizing the system to support company needs, maintaining templates, rules and business logic to ensure smooth onboarding and support experience for new users.
- Collaborative role working with external partners and internal teams requiring technical experience in SQL, business formulas and HTML along with excellent communication.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business systems, technical support, or systems administration role
- Strong understanding of ERP system configuration, rules-based logic, and SaaS application administration
- Experience supporting software platforms in manufacturing, product configuration, or a franchise model a plus
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical users to gather requirements and provide support
