Job Description
This Lockheed Martin Enterprise IT position is for a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer in the Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation (EBDT) Business Resiliency Organization. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and implementing the Service Now Business Continuity Management Module, ensuring alignment with business stakeholder needs and IT Disaster Recovery requirements. The successful candidate will work within an Agile methodology and framework, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure data quality, security, and compliance with standards.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Design, build, maintain, and implement the Service Now Business Continuity Management Module to meet business stakeholder needs
Develop and maintain low-code development environments within Service Now, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
Work within an Agile methodology and framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver software solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation of Service Now configurations, customizations, and integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Service Now low-code development environments, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with standards, adhering to IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity requirements
Collaborate with Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery key stakeholders to identify and prioritize software requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs
Develop and implement automated testing and deployment scripts to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software solutions
Participate in the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for Service Now and Business Continuity Management, aligning with organizational goals and objectives

Basic Qualifications
Experience with Service Now, low-code development, and Agile methodology
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to design, build, and implement software solutions that meet business needs and IT requirements
Understanding of data quality, security, and compliance standards
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Understanding of compliance standards, with experience in ensuring adherence to IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity requirements
Previous Experience implementing Service Now Modules in low-code development environments and seamless integration with other systems
Experience with data storage solutions, such as relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Cassandra), or cloud-based data storage services (e.g. AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage)
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash, with experience in automating tasks, workflows, and data processing using scripts.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing data management solutions, including data modeling, data governance, and data workflow automation.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
