Job Title: Palantir Foundry Technical lead

Experience: 11 to 14 Yrs

Job Summary: As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of solutions using Palantir, Python and PySpark. With 11 to 14 years of experience, you will lead a team of geospatial analysts and developers to deliver high-quality geospatial products and services. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve the companys goals.

Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of solutions using Python, PySpark, and Palantir. - Oversee the design and maintenance of databases and ensure data integrity. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of geospatial analysts and developers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver geospatial products that meet business needs. - Ensure the accuracy and quality of geospatial data and products through rigorous testing and validation. - Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial processes and workflows. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and incorporate them into the teams work. - Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of geospatial solutions. - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in geospatial analysis. - Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. - Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to align geospatial initiatives with company goals. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all geospatial activities. Qualifications - - Possess extensive experience in Python programming for geospatial analysis. - Have strong expertise in using PySpark for big data processing and analysis. - Demonstrate proficiency in Palantir for data integration and visualization. - Show a deep understanding of geospatial data management and database design. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Hold a degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field. - Preferably have experience in leading and mentoring a team of geospatial professionals. - Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in geospatial analysis. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges in geospatial projects.
