We have an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Robotics Mechanic to support our vehicle fleet by providing maintenance, repair, overhaul, troubleshooting, transportation, and service on a variety of offroad vehicles. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation of vehicles by conducting quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs. Your expertise will help prevent breakdowns on the road, reduce vehicle downtime, and improve the overall reliability of our fleet.

What You'll Do
  • Service vehicles and peripheral hardware and software systems at our shop as well as occasional travel to test sites
  • Perform maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles, including engines (Gasoline and Diesel), transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, etc., while adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment within planned time tolerances to maximize safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the fleet's life cycle
  • Diagnose and repair or replace hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical components, motors, amplifiers, reducers, drives, motors balancers and sensors.
What You'll Need
  • High school degree with advanced training (trade school or similar) and with 5-6 years of experience
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems and components on a wide range of vehicle types
  • Ability to maintain all necessary tools for maintenance, repair, and diagnostics
  • Experience with computer-based diagnostic software for OEMs and component manufacturers
  • Assembly and industrial electromechanical skills and experience
  • Basic computer skills; email etiquette, Microsoft Office, troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate well with customers and management
  • Great attention to detail
  • Possess the ability to recognize problems and create and present solutions

How to Stand Out

$25.00--$35.00

The hourly range for this role is an estimate and is based on a wide variety of compensation factors. The salary offered to candidates will vary based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, education, specialized training, critical expertise, training, and more.
