Job Description and Tasks:

  • Assist the government in the enterprise assessment oversight program. Assist in defining, building, and executing assessment plans and schedules; developing result reports; providing input supporting trend analysis; recommending special focus items in support of assessment criteria; establishing feedback methods for after-actions reporting; and track assessment issues and resolutions. Assessment products will aid in root cause analysis, operational certification, risk assessment across the enterprise, sustainment, modernization, and acquisition efforts.
  • Conduct research to identify data requirements across Commands, Service, and Agency (C/S/A) evaluations, inspections, assessments, interoperability, operational, and exercise testing, to include defining the type, quality, and quantity of data required to determine operational and technical performance of the NC3 Enterprise. Assist in identifying data shortfalls and recommend solutions for obtaining the data. Assist the government in determining enterprise risk. The enterprise risk will enable the operational certification and risk assessment across the enterprise.
  • Assist the government in developing processes and procedures to execute and support NC3 operational certification. Assist the government in defining and maintaining processes and procedures for data collection plans, certification attributes, interagency integration, and risk determination. The procedures will assist the NC3 enterprise team in ensuring a process to gather and share information with NC3 Enterprise entities and leadership.

Job Requirements/Required Skills:

At least 5 years of experience in the following:

  • Auditory, written, verbal communication skills interpreting national level directions, building operational level briefings, and leading discussions supporting COCOM level programs.
