Description
We are seeking a proficient Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and will play a crucial role in the B2B marketing industry. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, and processing customer applications. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and responding appropriately.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of digital marketing strategies focused on B2B lead generation and pipeline management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level team members to ensure high-quality execution of tasks.
Supervise the operations of the marketing team and the execution of campaigns across various platforms.
Develop and manage campaigns on platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase, leveraging account-based marketing strategies.
Create engaging digital content using tools like Canva and optimize digital advertising strategies which include PPC, display ads, and social media.
Report on key marketing metrics, including ROI, pipeline, and conversion rates.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
Demonstrated proficiency in Marketo is necessary for this role
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a requirement
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing is essential
The candidate should have a strong background in Digital Marketing
Proficiency in utilizing Marketing Automation Platforms is a must
Experience in B2B Marketing is crucial for this role
The ability to execute successful Lead Generation Campaigns is required
Candidates should have a proven ability to drive Lead Generation.
