Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer/Designer serves to design electrical systems for buildings such as high-rise buildings, Caribbean resort projects, K-12 schools, retail/mixed-use spaces, and commercial spaces.

Job Summary:

Duties:
- Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems for various facility types
- Produce electrical design drawings using Revit software
- Perform field investigations to assess existing conditions and gather project data
- Ensure quality control, scheduling, and programming of electrical design deliverables
- Coordinate and communicate progress with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams
- Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and short-circuit analysis
Skills:
- You have demonstrated project coordination and facilitation experience
- You have 3+ years of experience in electrical design and construction
- You have a solid understanding of power distribution, emergency power systems, grounding, and lighting design
- You have experience with breaker coordination, arc flash studies, and voltage drop calculations
- You are familiar with electrical codes (NEC), energy efficiency standards (IECC), and industry best practices
- You have experience with high-rise electrical systems, resort and hospitality power infrastructure, and renewable energy integration
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for design and specifications
- Proficiency in Revit
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors
