We're on a mission to transform how IT infrastructure teams make decisions-with data at the core. As part of the Operational Assurance team, you'll partner closely with leaders across Incident Management, Problem Management, Availability, and Operations to unlock insights, improve processes, and measure what matters.
This role isn't just about dashboards. It's about being a strategic thought partner-translating complex technical data into clear, actionable insights that drive accountability, reduce risk, and improve operational stability across a global tech ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data acquisition processes, exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities, and a proven track record of translating technical findings into strategic business implications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis of diverse datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Executive Reporting & Visualization: Design and develop high-impact reports, dashboards, and presentations (primarily in PowerPoint) that clearly and concisely communicate complex data insights to executive audiences.
  • Data Storytelling: Translate intricate analytical findings into compelling narratives that resonate with executive leadership, highlighting key takeaways and strategic implications.
  • Bridging the Technical-Executive Gap: Serve as a crucial link between technical data and executive understanding, ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively communicated and acted upon.
  • Data Acquisition Understanding: Collaborate with data engineering and other technical teams to understand data sources, data models, and data quality, contributing to the optimization of data gathering processes.
  • Proactive Insight Generation: Independently explore data to identify emerging trends and opportunities, proactively presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with executive stakeholders to understand their information needs and tailor analytical deliverables to address their specific strategic questions.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing insights into business performance.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document analytical methodologies, reporting processes, and key findings to foster knowledge sharing within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Solid understanding of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.)
  • Specialized knowledge of SQL, relational databases, ETL/ELT architecture and concepts, data integration concepts, big data concepts and reporting tools
  • Previous experience in managing and planning projects. Ability to communicate complex information

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong Presentation Skills: Proven ability to create and deliver compelling and visually engaging presentations (primarily in PowerPoint) tailored for executive consumption.
  • Executive Presence: Confidence and professionalism in interacting with and presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to critically analyze data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.
  • Storytelling with Data: Ability to translate data into meaningful narratives that drive understanding and influence decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A proactive and inquisitive mindset with a drive to explore data and uncover hidden insights.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience with querying relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar.
  • Exposure to data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills (Written & Verbal): Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
