Position: AI/ML Support & Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Remote

Job Description:
Client is seeking a talented AI/ML Support Engineer to join a fast-paced AI Startup. As a PostSales Support Engineer, you will work closely with the client platform engineering team and customers to ensure successful deployment, operation, and optimization of AI-powered products and solutions built on Ai-MicroCloud flagship products and other GenAI and non-AI products available through the clinet ecosystem. Additionally, you will drive product demos, provide customer hand-holding during pre-sales, and deliver exceptional technical support to help our customers unlock the full potential of AI.
Technical Requirements
Strong understanding of AI/ML/DL development lifecycle, including data engineering, training, finetuning, inference packaging, and deployment.
Strong knowledge of ML-Ops, AI/ML-DevSecOps, web development, continuous build and integration, testing, and cloud technologies.
Experience with cloud-native architecture, including Kubernetes and Docker.
Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working in an agile environment.
Experience with one AI application live in production is a plus.
Knowledge MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Knowledge of other frameworks like React, NextJs is a plus. Other Requirements '
Prior experience in customer-facing roles in either pre or post-sales capacity.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Excellent analytical and communication skills to succinctly engage intern al/external stakeholders.

Experience with Government Agencies: Prior experience working with government agencies such as the DoD, NSA, CIA, or similar defence or intelligence entities.
