Job Details

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and promote best practices for AEM development.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
  • Allocate tasks, prioritize work, and ensure deadlines are met.

Technical Expertise:

  • Design and architect AEM solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security.
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise on AEM, including components, templates, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM.

AEM Development:

  • Develop and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows based on business needs.
  • Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end languages such as Java to integrate AEM with other systems.
  • Customize and extend AEM features to meet specific business requirements.
  • Ensure content management capabilities are efficient and user-friendly.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

AEM Implementation and Maintenance:

  • Oversee AEM implementation from start to finish, including planning, execution, and post-launch support.
  • Ensure the AEM instance is running optimally and update as necessary to handle new features or requirements.
  • Work on AEM version upgrades and patches to ensure that the system is up-to-date and secure.

Performance and Optimization:

  • Optimize AEM for high performance, including ensuring fast page loads, reducing server load, and optimizing caching strategies.
  • Conduct performance testing and fine-tuning for both front-end and back-end performance.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure AEM applications are developed following industry security standards and best practices.
  • Implement and enforce security measures, such as access controls, to protect sensitive data and content.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain documentation for AEM configurations, code, and processes.
  • Create regular reports on project progress, performance metrics, and any issues or risks to share with stakeholders.
