ERP Plex Business Systems Analyst
Top Consulting is looking to add an ERP Business Systems Analyst that will be responsible for the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing support of ERP systems within a manufacturing client. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to optimize business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows in the manufacturing environment.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define system specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration between the ERP system and other business applications.
- Work with IT and other departments to design and implement interfaces and data exchanges.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure efficient use of the ERP system.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and system configurations.
- Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.
- Develop and generate reports to support business decision-making.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Ensure ERP system compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems analysis and support.
- Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Preferred Plex Systems experience.
- Need to know Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, etc..
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Experience with SQL, data management, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience within manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and trends.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
