Job Details
The Primary Purpose of this position is to provide second level support for enterprise computing environment including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, peripherals, and client software. Support is provided in person, over the phone and via email to local and remote associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Adheres to integer core value and all safety and quality requirements.
provides support for client computing hardware and software
Basic copier and printer support
Imaging, configuring, and deploying of desktops, laptops, and related peripherals
Troubleshoots, and resolve by utilizing standard operating procedures
provide technical guidance and training to internal associates
General infrastructure support including racking and cabling
Assisting with projects as needed
Meets/exceeds SLA's and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

User and Computer object management in active directory
