Randstad Federal is seeking an HCD SME in support of a program at IRS
location: Frederick, Maryland
job type: Contract
salary: $80 - 90 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Lead role understanding the application of Human-Centered Design (HCD) within the context of a Federal Agency including specific methodologies and techniques that would be leveraged in context of both internal employees of the agency and citizens.
- Demonstrable skills in research, ethnography, useability testing (Heuristic evaluation inspection methods as an example), observation (stakeholder mapping, experience mapping, customer journey mapping), and affinity Clustering.
- Experience in assessing and filtering insights, generating and framing insights; and Generating ideas with the end goal of making insights and ideas actionable.
- Core competencies include modeling, written, analytical, and communication skills.
- Additional competencies include relationship building, problem solving, product knowledge, and digital literacy.
