Job Description
  • Maintain hardware/ software lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage asset lifecycle tracking and planning processes and capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate Asset Repository/ CMDB for all Software and Hardware assets.
  • Coordinate and schedule asset shipping for all sites.
  • Provide status report and dashboard reporting.
  • Maintaining software asset management tools including accurate inventory of software
  • Obtain software vendor quotes.
  • Identify savings opportunities through software re-harvesting and license optimization.
  • Perform data loads of new hardware assets and consumables in ServiceNow.
  • Process and ensure the accuracy of damage and defective returns.
  • Ensure standards, guidelines and controls are maintained.
  • Track progress and follow-up of issues and assist with troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems.
  • Manage Adobe suite software Licensing.
  • Manage and resolve Escalations.
  • Manage Projects (Fulfilling, shipping, and documenting)
  • Coordinate and schedule asset disposal pick up.
