Location : Washington, D.C. (Hybrid)
Job Description:
The specific responsibilities include: The program manager is responsible for creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product. Assist agile teams in efficient implementation and use of AzureDevOps (ADO) to automatically measure and report quality and performance measures to the Programs Portal.? Facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team. They also monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning. Define project scope, goals, and deliverable that support milestones in collaboration with Business, senior management and stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, communication documents, and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Keep all Parties on Track and Informed:? Manage daily team meetings to capture updates on the progress of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track. Manage a central repository of milestones identified by multiple workstream leads, provide status and escalate risks Maintain a risk and issues registry and track progress Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans Provide Oversight of System Integrator Agile Processes: by validating staff velocity, managing time and task submissions on weekly basis Provide timely metrics and audit outcomes to gauge progress towards quality objectives. Promote Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to identify and remove project barriers.

Experience:
- Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent: 10 years (Preferred)
- Azure Dev Ops/JIRA, create Queries, Dashboards, alerts: 3 years (Preferred)
- Human Services or Child Welfare sector: 2 years (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional Certification: 10 years (Preferred)
- Hands on MS Project Schedule: 7 years (Preferred)
- Hands on Excel and Powerpoint skills to capture, analyze a: 7 years (Preferred)
- Professional exp. with Cram CGISS development.: 7 years (Preferred)
- 16 yrs Conveying technical and functional concept: 10 years (Preferred)
- 16 Yrs Preparing complex technical documentation: 10 years (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum master Alliance)/ Agile Scrum MasterPMI: 3 years (Preferred)
- Acting as a Scrum Master: 3 years (Preferred)
