Title: Technical Account Manager

Location: Nationwide (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
* We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with customers in identifying and implementing customized solutions tailored to their business needs.
* This role focuses on facilitating technical adoption, delivering high-impact outcomes, and driving customer success.
* The ideal candidate will collaborate with account partners and act as a technical resource to ensure value realization for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to scope and validate technical use cases for assigned customers.
* Identify business challenges, analyze workflows, and implement customized solutions, including template creation and API integrations.
* Act as a technical advisor to customers, proposing solutions, outlining resource needs, and establishing timelines.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the product ecosystem, customer environments, and emerging AI technologies to deliver prescriptive recommendations.
* Coordinate with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation, testing, and iteration of customer solutions.
* Develop and document processes, systems, and workflows to optimize time-to-value for customers.
* Create and maintain technical collateral and documentation to support seamless customer integration.
* Serve as a liaison between customers and Product/Engineering teams to share feedback and drive product enhancements.

Required Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in technical roles within SaaS environments, including 3+ years in a solutions architect or technical account management role.
* Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships.
* Proficiency with APIs and a solid understanding of technical workflows and integrations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Ability to lead discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders and provide actionable solutions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes.

Desired Skills:
* Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering.
* Familiarity with Python programming.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $112000K-$160000K
