Job Description

IT Help Desk Student Assistants are responsible for assisting coaches and support staff with IT needs such as: troubleshooting computer issues, setting up computers for swaps and new employees, assisting coaches configuring mobile devices. Other duties include, but not limited to, answering help-desk phones, processing/replying to IT tickets, troubleshooting tier 1 IT questions, prepping old hardware for surplus, updating inventory, and assisting with IT support at some Athletic department hosted events including Football and Basketball.

We are looking for someone who is customer service and detail oriented as you will be working amongst professional coaches and support staff. In addition, someone who is interested in working IT in the Sports Industry or looking to learn a bit of both, no previous knowledge is required but preferred. Training is provided to our student staff. You will also have the opportunity to see many different facilities that Athletics operates in as we assist staff across a variety of buildings.
