We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle management of our enterprise-grade digital solutions. The ideal candidate will drive our digital transformation efforts while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in software development, user experience design, and business operations. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end success of key enterprise products, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic vision and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise products and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of managing products through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and experience working with technical teams.
• Experience in UX/UI design collaboration and user-centered design principles.
• Expertise in product management methodologies and user-centric design.
• · Experience in auditing improving, and digitizing business processes in support of business goals.
• · Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in product features.
• · Proficiency in managing both web and mobile-based products.
