Job Title: Oracle Subscription Management Consultant

Location: Remote (Comfortable working in CST time zone)

Experience Level: 15+ years in Oracle ERP implementations Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Subscription Management Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and be comfortable working remotely within the CST time zone. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation and provide ongoing support for the Oracle Subscription Management module within Oracle Cloud ERP systems. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map these requirements to Oracle Cloud ERP applications.

System Configuration: Perform system configurations, create functional design documents, and develop comprehensive test scripts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Workshops and Training: Conduct requirement and design workshops, manage conference room pilots (CRPs), and facilitate user testing and training sessions. Project Coordination: Work closely with all stakeholders to monitor and track the progress of workstreams, ensuring successful project delivery and go-live readiness. Offshore Team Collaboration: Coordinate with offshore functional and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications: Extensive Experience: At least 15 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP applications. Oracle Subscription Management Expertise: Proven experience with multiple Oracle Subscription Management Cloud implementations, serving as a lead functional consultant. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Pricing, Installed Base, Oracle CPQ, and Order Management Cloud. SaaS Extensions Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS extensions, including Groovy, Algorithms, and Application Composer.

Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integrations involving Accounts Receivables, Revenue Management, Order Management, and CPQ. Financial Modules Acumen: Solid knowledge of Oracle Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), and Revenue Management. SCM Understanding: Good understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), particularly Order Management, Pricing, and Product Management. API and Integration Cloud: Experience with REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud. Data Management: Proficiency in data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reporting.

Consulting Skills: Strong business analytical skills, capable of leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, and conducting user training workshops. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including collaboration with offshore teams. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
