Job Details
Role: Telecom Analyst with Billing Application exp
Location: St. Louise Missouri / Charlotte, North Carolina - Onsite
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Extendable)
- Not looking for a functional candidate but a Telecommunication Analyst who has knowledge on the billing applications
- Knowledge of billing systems utilized by communications service providers, including understanding of telecom billing processes and workflows.
- Comprehensive understanding of mobile products and services, with the ability to navigate and address challenges within the telecom industry.
- Familiarity with ordering platforms seamlessly integrated with telecom billing systems, showcasing a holistic understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Proficient in creating SQL queries, with the capability to extract and analyze data from billing systems for reporting and troubleshooting purposes.
- Sound knowledge of the software development lifecycle, providing a foundation for collaboration with development teams and contributing insights into the billing system's continuous improvement.
