Job Title: Jr. Financial Analyst

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 6-12 months contract

Pay Range: $22-$26/hour

Responsibilities:

. Analyze financial data, market trends, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
. Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation, including functional specifications and process flow, to support project initiatives.
. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
. Conduct thorough impact analysis and feasibility studies to assess the potential outcomes of proposed changes or enhancements.
. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation review.

Qualifications:

Graduated/Experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Advanced spreadsheet skills

Strong attention to detail

Communication skills

Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
