We're an SF based high frequency cryptocurrency trading firm, trading billions of dollars in assets daily. We're looking for an experience Quantitative Trader/ Developer to join out small team. Must be based in SF or willing to relocate.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and innovative Quantitative Trader/Developer to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to become a key player in the technology industry, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-frequency trading algorithms. This role requires a unique blend of skills in Python, live trading systems, financial modeling, statistics, and data analytics for development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing new features into trading algorithms, and using their research and data analytics skills to drive development. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement high-frequency trading algorithms using Python and other relevant technologies.
2. Conduct thorough research and data analysis to inform the development of trading algorithms.
3. Implement new features into trading algorithms to enhance functionality and performance.
4. Utilize financial modeling techniques to predict market trends and inform trading decisions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of trading algorithms into live trading systems.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all trading algorithms and systems.
7. Stay abreast of the latest developments in high-frequency trading, Python programming, and other relevant technologies.
8. Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
9. Participate in strategy sessions and contribute to the company's overall trading strategy.
10. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for trading algorithms and systems as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in quantitative trading/development.
3. Proven experience in high-frequency trading.
4. Proficiency in Python. Any experience with C++ or Java is a major plus
5. Experience with live trading systems and financial modeling.
6. Ability to implement new features into trading algorithms.
7. Strong knowledge of statistics, with the ability to use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
8. Excellent research and data analytics skills.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
13. Familiarity with the latest developments in high-frequency trading, Python programming, and other relevant technologies.
