  • Job Type: Direct Hire
  • Pay Range: 100,000-130,000

Role Overview: Lead advanced engineering projects to enhance manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures. Guide a team to improve production efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive projects to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
  • Design and improve manufacturing systems and equipment.
  • Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.
  • Develop process controls to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams.
  • Resolve complex manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis.
  • Train junior engineers and technicians.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • Experience: 8+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, good communication, strong organizational skills, and decision-making ability. Average to above-average PC skills.
