- Position: Sr Automation Engineer
- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Pay Range: 100,000-130,000

Role Overview: Lead advanced engineering projects to enhance manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures. Guide a team to improve production efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
- Design and improve manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.
- Develop process controls to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams.
- Resolve complex manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis.
- Train junior engineers and technicians.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, good communication, strong organizational skills, and decision-making ability. Average to above-average PC skills.
