Job Role : SailPoint Architect

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Architect to join our dynamic team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ, and hands-on live coding experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust IAM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide security initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions tailored to business needs.
Define and document solution architecture, system integrations, and security protocols.
Provide expertise in identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access certifications.
Development & Coding:
Develop and customize workflows, rules, and connectors using live coding practices to ensure real-time solution validation.
Optimize performance and scalability of SailPoint implementations.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in SailPoint development and integration.
Partner with security, compliance, and IT teams to meet regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint integrations and customizations.
Provide post-deployment support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Live Coding Experience: Proven ability to demonstrate coding skills in real-time environments.
Technical Expertise:
5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Proficiency in Java, XML, BeanShell, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, and access governance.
Architectural Experience:
Experience designing large-scale IAM solutions.
Familiarity with integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems like Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in development and production environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
SailPoint certifications (e.g., IdentityIQ Architect or Engineer).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and microservices architecture.
