SAP S/4HANA Delivery Executive

Collinwood is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Delivery Executive to lead and oversee the rollout of SAP S/4HANA projects as part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This role requires expertise in project management, PMO leadership, and delivery execution for SAP implementations, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield approaches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex project lifecycles, cutover strategies, and stakeholder engagement in high-pressure environments. What you will do:

Project Leadership & Delivery:

• Serve as the primary delivery executive for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards for digital transformation initiatives.

Cutover Management:

• Develop and execute detailed cutover plans to ensure seamless transitions during go-live phases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues during cutover activities.

Implementation Strategy:

• Drive Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield implementation strategies based on business requirements.
• Provide expertise in selecting the optimal approach for system migration and transformation.

PMO Oversight:

• Establish and manage PMO frameworks to ensure streamlined project governance.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project goals with organizational objectives.

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project management or delivery roles.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield/Brownfield/Bluefield).
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale digital transformation projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Expertise in cutover planning and execution for complex system rollouts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required; Master s degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Solution Manager or other SAP-specific project management platforms.
• Strong understanding of change management principles within digital transformation contexts.
